Identify
We begin with a detailed conversation to understand the role, the team and what success looks like. From there, we map the market and approach relevant professionals, including people who are not actively looking.

Qualify
Every candidate is spoken with in depth before an introduction is made: experience, motivations, compensation expectations and timing. Clients receive a considered shortlist, not a stack of CVs.

We coordinate interviews, gather candid feedback from both sides and manage the offer and resignation stages, keeping everyone informed through placement.
