SMS Terms

1. Program description

William & Co. Recruitment LLC may send conversational recruiting-related SMS messages to people who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive text messages from us. Messages may include:

• recruiting opportunities;
• scheduling;
• interview coordination;
• candidate and client follow-up; and
• status updates.

Messages are sent as part of our recruiting work. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us and the stage of any recruiting process you are involved in.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details of your plan.

4. Opting out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing sean@william-recruitment.com.

6. Consent

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
